The Moldex 7000 series half mask uses a flexible thermoplastic elastomer facepiece and a compact profile to leave a useful field of view. The head cradle and adjustable straps support the mask, and the drop-down setting allows it to be lowered during a break after leaving the contaminated area.
Supplied without filters
- One reusable TPE half mask.
- EasyLock connections for approved Moldex filter combinations.
- Facepiece certified to EN 140:1998.
Select the filters separately for the substances and exposure levels identified by the workplace assessment. Check the approved combination: compatibility with the EasyLock connection alone does not mean every gas/particulate combination is suitable for a half mask.
A suitable face fit test is required, followed by a seal check whenever the respirator is worn. Keep facial hair clear of the sealing area and do not enter the work area if the mask leaks. Inspect and clean the reusable facepiece according to Moldex instructions. This filtering mask does not supply oxygen and must not be used in oxygen-deficient or unventilated confined spaces.
