The 3M Versaflo TR-3802E is a particulate filter with an additional nuisance-odour function for compatible TR-300 and TR-300+ powered respirators. It offers an option where airborne particles require control and low concentrations of organic gases or vapours are also present.
Particulate filtration with nuisance relief
- Replacement filter for approved TR-300 and TR-300+ combinations.
- Particulate filtration within the complete respirator assembly.
- Nuisance organic gas and vapour relief only below the applicable Workplace Exposure Limit.
- One filter supplied; blower, headtop and other components are separate.
The nuisance function does not make this an A1 or A2 gas cartridge for organic-vapour exposure above the limit. Assess particles and vapours separately when choosing the respiratory protection needed for the task.
TH2P or TH3P classification depends on the approved complete system and headtop. It is not a performance rating for this filter used by itself. Fit the filter in accordance with 3M instructions, inspect the system and complete the required airflow checks before use.
