The 3M Versaflo TR-3712E provides replacement particulate filtration for compatible TR-300 and TR-300+ powered-air systems. It is the particle-filter option in the range, without the nuisance organic-vapour or acid-gas functions offered by other specified Versaflo filters.
For the approved powered system
- Designed for compatible TR-300 and TR-300+ filter assemblies.
- Filters airborne particles within the complete respirator system.
- Supplied as one individually packaged filter.
- Blower, headtop, breathing tube and other equipment are separate.
The TH2P or TH3P classification stated for a system depends on the complete approved combination, including the selected headtop. The replacement filter alone does not establish that protection level.
Select the full respirator arrangement for the particle hazard and required protection. Gas or vapour exposure needs separate assessment and an appropriate approved solution. Install the TR-3712E according to 3M instructions, inspect its condition during routine maintenance and carry out the specified airflow and system checks before returning the respirator to service.
