The 3M Versaflo TR-3600 is a replacement prefilter for compatible TR-300 and TR-300+ powered respirators. It intercepts larger particles before they reach the main filter, helping to reduce clogging and support the main filter’s useful service life under the actual working conditions.

The TR-3600 is not a substitute for the respirator’s approved main filter and has no standalone P2, P3, TH2 or TH3 protection claim. It is also distinct from the separate TR-362 spark arrestor.
Check the prefilter during the manufacturer’s prescribed maintenance routine and replace it as required for the contamination and airflow conditions. Fit it in the correct system arrangement and complete the normal airflow checks before use. No fixed extension to filter life is guaranteed.
