Portwest A751 Apacha gloves are designed for handling in cold stores and outdoor winter conditions. A leather palm provides the working surface, with grip pads to help hold goods and materials. The soft Insulatex lining adds warmth, while the knitted cuff covers the wrist and helps retain a comfortable fit.
Construction for cold work
- Cow-grain leather palm for a durable handling surface.
- Thermal textile lining for insulation and comfort.
- Breathable internal waterproof membrane to help keep moisture away from the hand.
- Knitted wrist cuff and textured palm areas for practical handling.
EN 388 Coup cut level 5 is a laboratory result, not a promise against every sharp edge. Select the glove for the item being handled.
Choose the glove against the actual cold exposure and mechanical hazards. Temperature, moisture, work duration and fit all affect comfort and protection. The internal membrane does not seal the cuff, so avoid immersion and prevent water entering at the wrist.
Inspect the leather, grip areas and seams before use, and replace gloves showing damage or excessive wear. Wet gloves can lose insulating performance and should be dried before storage. Supplied as one pair.
