The JSP Surefit thermal liner adds a warm fabric layer beneath a compatible JSP helmet without the bulk of a conventional hat. Its deep sides cover the ears, while the stretch construction helps the liner sit close to the head.

- Model AHV002-301-100 in black.
- M/L size for 52–64 cm head circumferences.
- Fabric blend of 80% cotton, 15% polyester and 5% spandex.
- Machine washable at 30°C.
- Supplied as one thermal liner; helmet is separate.
Wearing under a helmet
Use with the JSP helmets identified as compatible in the liner instructions, including the EVO range. Fit the liner smoothly, then adjust and check the helmet so it remains secure. Check the fit again if you change other headwear or PPE. Remove the liner if it causes overheating. The liner provides warmth; impact protection comes from the correctly fitted protective helmet.
