The AMV200-000-000 is the dedicated clear replacement faceshield for the JSP EVO VISTAshield helmet system. It lets you replace a worn or damaged shield while retaining the compatible helmet assembly, provided the remaining components pass inspection.
Specification and compatibility
- Clear polycarbonate shield for the EVO VISTAshield integrated visor mechanism.
- Optical class 1 with EN 166 1 AT KN marking.
- High-energy impact performance at specified temperature extremes, with K surface-damage resistance and N fogging resistance.
- EN 170 UV filter marking 2C-1.2.
- Supplied as one replacement faceshield, without a helmet.
Fitting and use
Use only with the compatible JSP system and follow its fitting instructions so the shield locates and moves correctly. Check the shield, mountings and helmet before returning the assembly to service. Protection depends on the complete correctly fitted system. Replace a scratched, cracked or damaged shield promptly. The clear impact rating does not establish suitability for welding or electrical arc work.
