The JSP Force8 size guide is a physical measuring aid used when selecting a candidate Force8 half mask. It helps compare the wearer’s facial dimensions with the guide’s small, medium and large indications before trying the corresponding respirator.
Sizing aid only

- Used for initial Force8 mask-size selection.
- No facepiece, filters or face fit testing equipment is included.
A size indication is a starting point, not proof of an adequate seal. The chosen mask must still pass a suitable individual face fit test, and the make, model and size used at work should match the tested equipment.
Follow JSP’s guide instructions and then assess the actual mask on the wearer. A donning check, including the PressToCheck procedure where compatible filters are fitted, is separate from formal face fit testing. The size guide itself cannot test leakage, filter air or protect the wearer from a respiratory hazard.
